Isn’t it fascinating how a single day sometimes holds so much wonder?
Yesterday I woke up to an overcast sky. Just as I resigned hopes of seeing dawn colours, nature surprised me.
The sky was full of thick grey clouds, except for a small opening, where the soft morning light spilled through. More clouds began to shift, as if nature was pulling back a curtain to reveal a show. Suddenly, a streak of lightning lit up the sky, it was silent yet electrifying and captivated me completely.
With each passing moment, the morning light grew stronger, making clouds blush with a beautiful and vibrant peach.
And just like that, the sky came alive.
I looked away for a moment and the view was gone. How quickly do beautiful moments slip away?
I should have stayed till the end, but it reminded me to be more present and appreciate the surprises each day brings.
Country Roads and Harvest Vibes
With days getting shorter and a chill lingering in the air, I was welcomed by a beautiful scene while driving along the country roads.
Tall mountains watched over the vast green below. The true blue sky, adorned with billowy clouds, some embracing the peaks like a serene hug.
But this one sight turned around my evening.
Amidst the sprawling greenery, towering and graceful corn stalks glistened in the evening sun, exuding beauty and strength. The full-length stalks, ready for harvest, stood proudly against the sky, their lush foliage - a reminder of nature’s bounty.
Taking in these moments, it was undeniable how the simplest of moments hold the most joy.
